Does anyone sell a paper shop manual? Sometimes the computer isn't always handy...

I emailed the service manual pdf to Office Max (no Kinkos in my podunk town) and had them print all the even pages (the ones in English) and spiral bound them with a clear cover. I then went back the next day and had them do it again. I've got a copy at my desk and another in the garage. I think each copy ran me about $13.

I'm pretty sure I checked all the manuals listed and there wasn't an actual 125 service manual so here you go.

And if that doesn't work search this site. http://www.scrappydogscooters.com/TGB_S ... parts.html

My bad. The service manuals should be squared away now - both the 125 and 50. Thanks for the correct URL to the 125 manual.

Re: Sachs MadAss Manuals

So the manual OZMadass linked to is a bit deceptive. I don't really think there is an actual 125cc service manual out there.

The cover page has a picture of a newer MadAss on it, but then every other picture in the manual is of a 2006-2007 era 50cc MadAss. The only color in the manual is a sloppy version of the MadAss 125 logo at the top of each page that looks like someone just went through the manual and pasted it on each page after the fact.

Note the different carb, air filter, rear sprocket, rear disc brake, chain size, valve covers, exhaust, etc.

There is also a typo on page 4 where it says the valve clearance should be between 0.05mm-10.05mm. That should read 0.05mm - 0.08mm.

Basically someone took an old 50cc manual an edited it a bit, and that editing may be a bit questionable.

I sent an email to Bill at Peirspeed asking if he had a line on an actual 125 manual. I'll let you know if I can score one.

Hi guys,
We are looking for a color wiring diagram for a 125. Does anyone have a file of this?
Thanks!

I've chopped the GB-D manual into two separate files and made the contents link to each section when it's clicked on if anyone is interested, (the German side of things needs work though)

http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/6616471 ... mp__German
Will seed for a while but if someone wants to put it in here that would be handy :)

PS: i've noticed that the "125" version looks also like a chopped version of the GB-D manual as well but has a heaps bigger file size and by the looks of things still just the 50cc torque values...... i could be wrong but that how it looks to me

Just found these on-line:

http://www.motorent.cz/files/sachs_file ... 25_ram.pdf

http://www.motorent.cz/files/sachs_file ... _motor.pdf

Part catalogues for the 125. The part numbers for the gears in the gearbox are the same as those given to me by my dealer  .

Guessing they are the European version, as they are different from what has been previously posted.

Enjoy! :auto-dirtbike:

Milwaukee, can you upload (if you have it) an older copy of the 125 service manual? The updated version linked above shows a completely different carb and has a few other discrepancies. Thanks!!

I'm pretty sure the engine pictures in the 125 service manual are old pictures of a 50 when it came with a flange mount Mikuni carb. I don't think Sachs has ever put out an updated service manual with actual pictures of the 125 in it.

I have a brand new 2012 (bought in Jan 2013) MadAss125 with two owner manuals (German and also English) . . . If you think I can help by quoting the tolerances in the two owner manuals I surely will.

Let me know.
