Finally got a longer throttle cable and fitted that up, have now been able to swing the carby in closer to the bike making it neater. (I have a rotatable manifold)

Received my white driven grips finally  After ordering them at the start of january, and being told next couple weeks, next couple of weeks.
I asked for a refund coz i was sick of being told they were coming and hearing excuses.
So i'll fit them up in the morning, think they'll be a nice touch. 8-)

Waiting on parts or online kit sucks serious ass. Be sure to post up some pics when you get the chance.

chop...again i say...blackisbad is is morphing into whiteisgood every mod. not that there is anything wrong with what you are doing. just saying...if you follow this to the end you will end up being named virgin snow :hand: unless you are an angel of god and you are slowly letting us see your magnificent self. i think you may end up with milwaukees former avatar of an all knowing energy being. as long as you keep riding your madass...i will not judge :auto-biker: ride on madass angel!

Quite a unique look! I like what you did with the carbon fiber look onto of the triple tree, Did you just cut a piece to fit?

BLACKisBAD's Ride [ RAT ROD]

Postby MilwaukeeMadass » 26 Apr 2012 22:15

That thing is looking sweet. Subtle but just enough contrast in spots. How does it look from the front?

Bike is looking sick! Didn't see this asked yet - but just curious as to why you chose to leave the front half of the stock airbox on when you have a pod filter as well?

Sucks that the nab is hassling you over the pipe. Hopefully you get things sorted out before too long.

I've been to busy to get sachs, and the last couple of times i've been having weekend sachs the police hassled me
But i've been getting my internet sachs
Soooo anyway...............................................................................................................................................................

After the hassle's from the fuzz about my loud exhaust i did something about it.

Back a while i started this

Image

But i hadn't touched it since, the above picture is where i'd like it to eventually sit. But first had to get the chopped muffler back together , which was a pain in the backside.
Once back together i thought i better see how it sounds, so i went looking for where i stashed the original header pipe. Found it and bolted it up and was pleasantly surprised by the sound 8-) So i then had to stabilise it to test it out properly, so i just used the bracket i had from the current exhaust.

I took it for test and must say, it ran well even with the stock header complete with catalytic converter
